Jiuqu Hongmei (九曲红梅), also known as Nine-Bend Red Plum, is a Zhejiang black tea with a naturally rounded, aromatic profile. This 250g traditional paper-wrapped presentation brings a warm Chinese tea-house character to both everyday brewing and gifting.

How to Brew
Use about 4–5g of tea per 250ml of water. Brew with water around 90–95°C / 194–203°F for 2–3 minutes. For gongfu-style brewing, use a higher leaf ratio and shorter infusions, increasing the steep time gradually over successive rounds.
