How to brew
Gongfu: Use 6–8g in a 100–150ml gaiwan or small teapot. Brew with water at about 95–100°C / 203–212°F. Start with an 8–12 second infusion and lengthen gradually as the leaves open.
Everyday teapot: Use around 4–5g per 300ml of hot water and steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep several times, adding time to later infusions.
